Rich Moore is an experienced professional in project controls and business intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Project Controls Manager at Bechtel since November 1996. Rich holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and has previously held key roles including Head of Business Intelligence at CityFibre and Programme Controls Manager for the Elizabeth line - Crossrail. Rich contributed as a Project Controls Manager for the significant £900m+ Reading Station Area Redevelopment at Network Rail, and held senior positions at Tube Lines and ICF Kaiser Engineering. Early in the career, Rich served as a Senior Reserve Firefighter for the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District. Education includes a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis and Six Sigma Black Belt training through Qualtec.
