Justin Siberell currently serves as Region President for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East at Bechtel Corporation since August 2020. Prior to this role, Justin Siberell had a notable career at the U.S. Department of State from July 2002 to July 2020, where responsibilities included serving as U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Acting U.S. Coordinator for Counterterrorism, Deputy Coordinator for Counterterrorism, Principal Officer/Consul General, Co-Director of the Force Strategic Engagement Cell, Director of the American Cultural Center, and Information Officer. Justin Siberell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley, between 1984 and 1988.
