Bill Schrof is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the refining and petrochemical industries. Currently serving as an Engineering Advisor at Becht Engineering BT, Inc. since November 2016, Bill specializes in fired and un-fired heat transfer equipment and has developed key process design documentation. Previous roles include Process Engineering Manager at Cenovus Energy, where Bill facilitated the development of key performance indicators, and various management positions at LyondellBasell, INVISTA, Motiva Enterprises, and Shell Global Solutions, focusing on process design, capital projects, and operational reliability. Bill holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
