Dilek Saglam has a strong background in pharmaceutical technology and food science. With a PhD in Physics and Physical Chemistry of Foods, Dilek has held various research and project management positions in companies and research institutions such as Becanex GmbH, Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht, and Eindhoven University of Technology. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Becanex GmbH, Dilek has extensive experience in managing operational projects and leading production teams.
