Sylwia Remjasz is a seasoned professional in business analysis and user experience with over 16 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Development Manager at BEC Financial Technologies since September 2023, Sylwia previously held various leadership roles at Roche from April 2007 to April 2023, including Chapter Head Business Analysis and User Experience, where responsibilities included shaping team strategies and managing a large team of employees and contractors. Additional roles at Roche encompassed Team Manager for Business Analysis & UX and IT Delivery Manager, encompassing end-to-end project delivery for clinical trials and manufacturing areas. Before joining Roche, Sylwia worked at Wola Info S.A. as a Senior Specialist in Application Management and held positions at Hewlett-Packard Poland, including Siebel Developer and Support Specialist. Sylwia holds an MSc in Telecommunications and Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and has further education from Jönköping University.
