Vicki Penn has a long and diverse work experience in the media industry. Vicki started their career in 1980 as a Broadcast Manager at CPM, Inc., where they worked until 1983. In 1985, they joined Penn Communications Inc. as the Director of Marketing, a role they held until 1994. Vicki then moved on to KSL Media, where they became the VP/GM of the Southeast Region from 1994 to 2000. In 2001, they joined Beber Silverstein Group as the Media Director, and they continue to hold that position.

Vicki Penn holds a B.A degree in Theatre from Mundelein College. No specific start or end year for their education was provided.
