Eleonora Kogan is a seasoned professional in claims operations with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Head of Claims Operations at Beazley since March 2023, Kogan previously held significant roles at AIG, including Head of Claims Governance and Controls for North America, where responsibilities included leading readiness assessments and overseeing Claims Governance activities related to audits. Kogan's tenure at AIG also featured positions such as Global Claims Operations Lead and Senior Director, focusing on process optimization and team leadership. Earlier roles included Director of Operations & Systems at Chartis, where Kogan implemented solutions that significantly improved process efficiency, and a progression of analytical and auditing positions at AIG starting in 1998. Kogan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Baruch College.
