Mayur Khare has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Perficient as a Lead Technical Consultant, Sr. Software Consultant, and Software Developer, where they developed software and cutting-edge products using various technologies. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc., starting as a Lead Systems Analyst and then transitioning into the role of Applications Manager. In these roles, they managed teams and was responsible for various applications supporting different departments. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Callon Petroleum Company as the Manager of Enterprise Application and later became the Director of Applications and Data. Currently, they work as the Senior Director of IT Applications & Data at Beazer Homes.

Mayur Khare has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
