Neal Mangin is an experienced Process Engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the plastics industry. Currently employed at BVI Medical since June 2015, Neal previously held similar roles at Wisconsin Plastics, Inc. and Nicolet Plastics, Inc., where expertise in leading process and setup teams was developed. Neal's background includes certifications as an RJG Master Molder and significant involvement in establishing molding processes based on Scientific Molding principles. Earlier experience as a Process Technician at Ironwood Plastics, Inc. complements a strong foundation in the field, along with education from Reedsville High School.
