Jenniffer Chavez has extensive experience in supply chain and customer service roles, currently serving in the Global Supply Chain at BVI Medical since May 2020, where previous roles included Customer Service Representative and Planner Buyer. Prior to BVI Medical, Jenniffer worked at Federal Mogul Corporation for seven years as a Customer Service Leader, coordinating the transition of a plant from Michigan City to Juarez, Mexico, and receiving training in various customer service and logistics areas. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Analyst at Harman Becker, analyzing customer demand and managing risk, and as a Materials Scheduler at Johnson Controls, leading schedule planning and production efficiency. Jenniffer holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez and received education at Instituto Iberoamericano San Patricio.
