James McCarthy is an experienced IT professional and dedicated community volunteer with a strong background in systems analysis and network administration. Currently serving as a Systems Analyst II and Network Administrator for Beaver County PA since June 1999, James has extensive experience in maintaining complex information systems networks, including VMware Infrastructure and Cisco Networking. Additionally, McCarthy holds volunteer positions as Secretary for the New Brighton Borough Sanitary Authority and as a firefighter for the New Brighton Fire Department, where leadership roles included Deputy Chief. Previous experience also includes serving as a Technology Specialist for the Lawrence County Department of Public Safety and managing systems administration in various capacities within the New Brighton Borough. James's educational background includes a certificate in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician from the Center for Emergency Medicine.
