Abi Lebbon is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and product marketing. Currently serving as an NPD Assistant and previously a Member Happiness Specialist at Beauty Pie Ltd since July 2020, Abi has honed skills in product development and customer engagement. Prior experience includes working as a Healthcare Advisor at Boots UK, where responsibilities included providing health solutions and advising on skincare products. Abi's career began with customer assistance roles at The Parsley Pot and Boots UK, complemented by a Product Marketing Internship at Bosch Lawn & Garden Ltd, where support was provided for product launches and marketing campaigns. Abi holds a BSc Hons in Business Management with Marketing from the University of Brighton and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
