Damon Sementilli is the Owner and Founder of Beauty Brand Alchemist, a full-service beauty brand development company, since November 2024. Prior to this role, Sementilli served as Vice President at Carrubba Incorporated from January 2015 to November 2024, where responsibilities included directing sales and marketing strategies and overseeing product line launches. Sementilli also held the position of Director of Strategy, managing significant growth for key Fortune 500 accounts through innovative solutions and product initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Account Executive at Carestream Dental, focusing on capital equipment sales in the Florida region, and as an Account Executive at Merck, specializing in pharmaceutical sales for allergy and asthma markets in Miami. Sementilli earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisville in 2002.
