Leah Soutar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operational roles across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager Retail at Beaumont Tiles since October 2024, Leah previously held the position of Head of Brand Operations and Training at Retail Food Group from May 2022 to September 2024. Leah has also contributed to mental health initiatives as a Non-Executive Director at Mind Blank Ltd and the Queensland Alliance for Mental Health, and served in leadership roles at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries and Gen Physio. Education includes dual Masters in Business Administration and Public Health from Torrens University, along with additional qualifications in business and real estate.
