Carlo Catuogno's work experience includes roles with Beau Dietl & Associates, UNLMTD Real Estate Group, Ten-X, HSP Real Estate Group (formerly EVO), and NSNYRE. Carlo served as Senior Vice President in Investigative & Risk Mitigation Services at Beau Dietl & Associates, where they supervised, managed, and trained a team in conducting complex investigations. Carlo also worked as Chief of Staff, overseeing various business matters and maintaining the firm's thought leadership position. In their previous roles in the real estate industry, they were involved in acquisitions, leasing, business development, tenant representation, and lease negotiation.

Carlo Catuogno attended Fordham Preparatory School from 2001 to 2005. Carlo then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science at Villanova University from 2005 to 2009.
