Tim Draisey is an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in the construction industry. Currently serving at Beard since April 2023, Tim previously held the same title at Grant Property Investment from March 2021 to March 2023. Tim's expertise also includes a decade-long tenure as the Director of DRAISEY & CO CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, focusing on new build and conversion developments, as well as contracts management roles at ECS Bristol Ltd and FUSELAND ELECTRICAL SERVICES LIMITED. Tim's educational qualifications include a SMSTS certification from CITB and an NVQ 3 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the City of Bristol College.
