Jay Becker has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jay is currently working at Bear Group as a VP of Engineering since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Engineering from June 2019 to April 2022, and before that, they worked as a Web Development Team Lead from February 2017 to June 2019.

Before joining Bear Group, Jay spent five years at Classy Llama Studios as a Software Engineer from May 2012 to February 2017. Jay also worked at Digital Monitoring Products as a Software Engineer from August 2009 to May 2012 and at Emerson Process Management as a Software Engineer from May 2008 to June 2009.

Jay's career started at Ames Laboratory, where they served as a Computer Support specialist from August 2006 to May 2008.

Jay Becker attended Iowa State University from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
