John A. is an experienced technical support and data center operations manager, currently serving as the Technical Support Manager at Beanfield Metroconnect since July 2022. Prior to this role, John managed data center operations at eStruxture Data Centers after overseeing data center management at Aptum (formerly Cogeco Peer1). John began the career at Cogeco Peer 1, progressing from a Senior Data Center Technician to a Data Center Manager. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Network Operations Technician at Cogeco Inc. and various roles in provisioning and network operations at Primus.ca and its predecessor companies. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Toronto.
