Emily Morris has over eight years of experience in sales operations, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Beanfield Metroconnect since August 2015. In this role, Emily leads strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the VP of Sales, and has developed robust processes and policies to support the sales team while aligning with the company’s objectives. Prior positions at Beanfield include Sales Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Inside Sales Supervisor, and Account Development Representative, where responsibilities included managing sales activities, closing deals, and maintaining CRM systems. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Representative at GLENTEL Inc., where sales quotas were achieved and store functions were managed. Emily holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Canadian Studies, History, and Religion from the University of Toronto, complemented by prior education at O'Neill Collegiate and Vocational Institute.
