Darren Schaff has extensive experience in the VoIP and telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Manager of Traderlink and Special Projects as well as the Manager of the Wesley Clover Eclipse Platform at Beanfield since February 2020. Responsibilities include the design, configuration, implementation, and technical support for the platform, as well as capacity management and maintenance of related services. Previously, Darren served as a Senior VoIP Technician and a Senior Technical Support Representative at Beanfield Metroconnect from November 2010 to February 2020, providing Tier 3 technical support and handling escalated issues. Darren holds a degree from Humber College, completed between 2008 and 2010.
