Carl Frey, E.I. is a Water Resources Engineer at Egis in the U.S. Carl previously worked as an Engineering Intern at Beam, Longest and Neff, LLC, where Carl gained experience in performing topographical surveys for roads, highways, and bridges. Carl graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
