Karen Adams has extensive experience in human resources, logistics, and consulting spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Consultant at Beaird Group since 2010, Karen specializes in project services, human resources, finance, marketing, information technology, and project management. Previously, Karen worked as a Resume Coach at Arlington Heights Memorial Library and as an Evening Supervisor at Harper College. During a significant tenure at Nashua Corporation, Karen held multiple vice president roles, overseeing various aspects of human resources, logistics, and purchasing, while actively participating in executive committees. Prior experience includes significant positions at Rittenhouse Paper and Continental Bank, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, project management, and team leadership. Karen holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, both from DePaul University.
