Rick Marsilio has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick began their career in 2004 as a Consultant and later worked as the Director of Business Development at KidsPeace from 2016 to 2020. In 2019, they took on the role of Head Coach & Assistant GM at NY Streets Football. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Vice President at Petra Products East/ Automotive Lift Service. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President at Beacon Specialized Living, which they started in 2022. Throughout their career, they have also held coaching positions, including Head Coach & Offensive Coordinator at Central Penn Capitals and Assistant General Manager/Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator at Harrisburg Stampede.
