Brad Thurman has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 18 years. Brad is currently the Director of Sales Enablement at Beacon Building Products, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, Brad worked at Salesforce as a Senior Manager of Enablement and Global Sales Leader Onboarding from May 2020 to December 2021. Before their time at Salesforce, Brad was a Sales Effectiveness Facilitator/Consultant at Sales Performance International, a global sales performance training company. Brad worked there from January 2019 to May 2020, assisting organizations in achieving sales growth and revenue. From September 2014 to January 2019, Brad served as Director of Global Sales Training at Return Path. Brad also has a solid background in sales and management at Grainger Industrial Supply, where they held various roles such as Manager of Learning Delivery, District Sales Manager, Sales Training Manager, and Account Manager. Brad started their professional career as a Senior Account Executive at UPS in 2003.

Brad Thurman attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a BS degree in Business Administration-Marketing.
