Edith joined Beacon Mobility as the Vice President of Talent Management in July 2021. Throughout her 15+ HR career, she has held several leadership positions for companies like Bloomberg, Pitney Bowes, and Stericycle. Before joining Beacon, she was the Global Director of Talent Management, Culture, and DEI for Stericycle.
Edith has developed and implemented various projects and programs, including talent management plans, performance management systems, training, and development, onboarding, recruiting, diversity, inclusion, and culture transformation. As a woman and Latina, her role in talent management is especially close to her passion for creating a work culture that embraces diversity, inclusion, and provides opportunities for all employees to reach their full potential. Edith is devoted to employee development and firmly believes that leadership is a journey and not a destination and that journey should consist of constant learning.
