Nancy Nord Bence serves as the Public Policy Manager at Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative, focusing on advocacy for affordable supportive housing. With over thirty years of experience, Nancy operates N Bence Solutions LLC as an Organizational Growth Specialist, assisting faith communities and non-profits in overcoming growth challenges. Previous roles include Interim Senior Pastor at St. James in Crystal, Executive Director of Protect Minnesota, and Senior Pastor at Peace Lutheran Church. Nancy also served as the first Executive Director of the MN Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice and held development roles at Fairview Foundation and Gettysburg College. Nancy holds a Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Voice and Music Education from Gettysburg College.
