Abigail Parente M.A. is a seasoned legal recruiting expert currently serving as a Senior Legal Consultant at Beacon Hill since January 2025, specializing in legal recruiting for law firms and corporations in Southern California. With extensive experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at UC San Diego Extension since August 2012, Abigail instructs in the Paralegal Career Development program and contributes as an Advisory Board Member. Previously, Abigail held the role of Legal Recruiting Manager at Eastridge Workforce Solutions from February 2004 to January 2025, where notable achievements included maintaining client relationships and being recognized as a top revenue-generating recruiter. Additional experience includes a position as Staffing Specialist, Legal at Qualcomm and Program Administrator at the University of San Diego. Abigail holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego, along with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Scranton.
