Nevil Pithavala is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Beacon Group since August 2024. Prior to this role, Nevil held various positions including Human Resources Business Partner at Goldi Solar Pvt. Ltd. and Head of Human Resources at Shree Ajit Pulp & Paper Ltd. With a solid background in HR functions developed over several years, Nevil has expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee involvement, and performance management, while ensuring legal compliance and managing industrial relations. Nevil began career as an HR Executive at Essar Steel, focusing on labor management and statutory compliance, and holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
