Dennis Depenbusch has a robust background in corporate venture capital and board governance, currently serving as the head of the New Ventures Initiative at BlueCross and BlueShield of Kansas since October 2015, where management of a $50 Million Venture Capital fund aims to improve the healthcare market. Additional roles include Board Observer for BeMe Health, manatee, Sonara Health, and Aclaimant, and participation as a Board member for Tonic Health and former Board member for Flock, which was sold to Paychex. Previous leadership experience includes serving as CEO and President of Ulterius Technologies, LLC, where Dennis developed innovative network communication solutions. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business and Finance from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution.
