Andrea Herbert is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in healthcare management and operational strategy. As the Founder and Chief Kindness Officer of Be Kind Lyfe since September 2020, Andrea focuses on fostering positive business practices and motivational leadership to drive problem-solving and innovation. Previously, Andrea served as the Director of Strategic Operations at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included overseeing operational transformations and employee engagement improvements. Andrea's background also includes leadership roles at Stanford Health Care - ValleyCare and RNR Homecare, where initiatives focused on strategic planning and business growth. Andrea began a career in patient experience management at UCLA Health System and UC Irvine Medical Center, implementing programs that enhanced service excellence. Andrea holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from The George Washington University and a BA in Communications from Chapman University.
