Phoebe Chan is a Client Advisor at BE Education since October 2024, bringing experience from a previous role as Client Solutions at Xander Talent from October 2022 to October 2024. Prior to this, Phoebe served as a Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting from August 2021 to July 2022 and participated as a Delegate in the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) in July 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Relations from the University of Exeter, completed in 2022, an International Baccalaureate and International General Certificate of Secondary Education from UWC South East Asia, and participation in the Middle Years Programme at Chinese International School from 2006 to 2014.
