Caroline Fluit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, data analytics, and supply chain management. Currently serving as a member of the Digital Advisory Council at Avery Dennison and the Supervisory Board at BDR Thermea Group, Caroline contributes to initiatives aimed at enhancing labor efficiency, sustainability, and customer engagement. Previous roles include Global SVP of Product Customer Technology at IKEA and Global Director of Data Science & Analytics at Ahold Delhaize. Caroline's career began as a design engineer at URENCO Group, followed by a manufacturing engineer position at Enrichment Technology, and has spanned various leadership and consulting roles focused on advanced analytics and e-commerce. Caroline holds an MSc in Technical Mathematics and an MTD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente.
