Caroline Fluit (born 1976) was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board from April 2023. Caroline is Global VP Customer Product Engineering for Ingka group, part of IKEA. Caroline's previous roles include Global Director Data Science & Analytics at Ahold Delhaize and Director of Advanced Analytics Loyalty and E-Commerce at Albert Heijn.
