Raymond (Rocco) Velez has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving in Tender Management at PSA BDP since August 2018, overseeing Control Tower operations for clients such as DuPont, IFF, and Lanxess. Previously, Rocco held the position of Logistics Manager at Gemstar Group from 2015 to February 2018, and served as Logistics Operations Manager at Galaxy Logistics Services from December 2014 to July 2016. Rocco's career began in the US Army, where a tenure from October 2002 to October 2010 as a Supply Chain Analyst SSG laid the foundation for expertise in logistics. Rocco holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus (1996-2000) and an additional degree in International Relations and Affairs from Hawaii Pacific University (2008-2010).
