Erica Skwarek currently serves as the Sales Enablement & Pursuits Manager for the SEBM Team at BDO USA, a position held since October 2017, where Erica focuses on Risk Advisory Services and the Fintech industry. Responsibilities include writing proposals, developing pursuit strategies, managing response timelines, and ensuring quality control throughout the proposal process. Previously held roles within the same team include Bid Manager, Senior Bid Specialist, and Bid Specialist. Prior to BDO USA, Erica Skwarek worked at BKD CPAs & Advisors as a Learning & Development Assistant and Sales & Marketing Assistant Specialist, and at Kaizen Systems as a Credentialing Specialist. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from DePaul University, earned in 2014.
