Paulina Schmiedeberg currently serves as an HR Recruiting Partner at BDO Switzerland since October 2023. Prior to this role, Paulina held the position of Associate Talent Acquisition at PwC Legal Switzerland, focusing on project-related legal and compliance staffing from September 2021 to September 2023. Additionally, Paulina completed a Clinical Psychology Internship at Kinderspital Zürich, where responsibilities included conducting sleep studies and various measurements related to EEG, activity, and behavior from October 2021 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes an 18-month management trainee role at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal in E-Commerce and content management, as well as a recruiting internship at Roland Berger. Paulina has pursued an education in psychology, currently enrolled in a Master of Science program at the University of Zurich, following a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Universität Innsbruck.
