Currently serving as the Managing Director of BDO Employee Benefits since October 2005, Cynthia oversees the consultation and management of more than 100 employee benefit plans, focusing on corporate retirement funds and enhancing communication strategies for employers and members. Prior to this role, Cynthia held directorial positions at Pentagram Corporate Benefits, Standard Bank Group, and Alexander Forbes, where responsibilities included investment consulting, benefit design, and member communication. Cynthia began their career as a Life and Pensions Underwriter at Generali, gaining expertise in assessing medical and financial risks.
