Chris Nicol is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with substantial experience in developing collaborative solutions within cross-functional teams. Currently, Chris is focused on the development of hardware for Digital Vision Touch (DViT) interactive whiteboards and educational devices at SMART Technologies, where employment has continued since July 2010. Previous roles include Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies, Electronics Contractor at the Science Alberta Foundation, Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, and Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, where responsibilities encompassed circuit design, PCB layout, and software development. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
