Jon Kandiah is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer at BDO Jersey, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jon served as a Scale Up Strategist from October 2017 to January 2020, focusing on business growth and development. Previous experience includes being the Chief Information Officer at Three. from December 2014 to June 2018, where Jon managed a team of approximately 400 employees and restructured the IT department to enhance customer value. Jon's entrepreneurial ventures include founding Be In Mobile Limited and Kelcom, and holding key executive positions such as CTO at Viacloud UK Limited and Director of IT Customer Management & Delivery at EE. Earlier roles include consultancy at Orange during its merger with T-Mobile and a Chief Operating Officer role at Carbon Neutral Shopping Limited. Jon has also worked in interim management across various companies, including CTO positions at Merrill Lynch Europe Limited and Teimlo Limited.
