Adrián Alejandro Schwarz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement, digital transformation, and project management. Currently serving as Gerente at BDO Argentina since February 2018, Adrián leads initiatives related to process enhancement, compliance, corporate governance, and cultural change. Prior to this role, experience includes consulting for a leading supermarket financial entity, as well as multiple managerial positions at Banco Hipotecario where responsibilities encompassed retail banking processes, demand management, and business continuity planning. Earlier roles include senior consultancy at Banco Provincia and PwC, compliance analysis at BankBoston, and audit leadership at Deutsche Bank. Adrián holds an MBA from Universidad de Deusto and a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
