Gerald Zanelli is an experienced management consultant at BDO Belgium since September 2016, previously serving as an organization advisor at Mutualité Chrétienne from February 2009 to September 2016, where significant contributions included the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and a Balanced Scorecard system. Prior experience includes roles as main nurse at UMC Sint-Pieter/ CHU Saint-Pierre, where responsibilities involved managing a hospitalization unit and a mobile resuscitation unit, and as a nurse at Clinique Saint-Luc Bouge. Gerald holds multiple degrees in public health, economic and social policy, and is pursuing ongoing training in Agile methodology and clinical research.
