Demi Ammerlaan is a Junior Financial Auditor at BDO Belgium since October 2023, working collaboratively on various projects that involve reviewing internal controls, financial analysis, and risk mapping. Previously, Demi served as an ECB Member for AIESEC in Belgium, auditing local entities for compliance with AIESEC standards and ethical behavior. As the Head of Customer Experience for AIESEC in UAntwerp, Demi managed a team to support interns moving to Belgium, complementing earlier roles in global exchange support. Demi’s work history includes internships in digital marketing and customer service, contributing to positions in retail management and service operations. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Organisation and Management from the University of Antwerp, with foundational education in small business and retail management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
