Olivia Rodzen

Senior Director, Brand Strategy at BDG

Olivia Rodzen, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and brand strategy. Most recently, they are the Lead Instructor for BrainStation's Digital Marketing and Marketing Leadership courses. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Brand Strategy at BDG. Olivia also held multiple roles at Leaf Group, including Director of Brand Marketing, Director of Integrated Marketing, and Associate Marketing Director.

Before their time at Leaf Group, Olivia worked at Meredith Corporation as an Associate Director of Digital & Corporate Marketing and later as a Senior Manager of Digital & Corporate Marketing. Olivia played a significant role in driving revenue growth within the Food/Bev vertical and served as the Marketing Lead for major accounts such as PepsiCo and Nestle.

Olivia's earlier experiences include working at PEOPLE Magazine | PEOPLE.com, where they held various marketing positions, including Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager. Olivia also worked as a Marketing Research Assistant at Cello Health Insight, an IT Help Desk Student Manager at Rutgers University, a Marketing Intern at the Port Authority of NY & NJ, and a Corporate Communications Intern at eMusic.

Olivia Rodzen, MBA has a diverse educational background. Olivia attended Bergen County Academies, where they pursued the Academy for Telecommunications & Computer Science as their field of study during high school. After completing their high school education, Olivia enrolled at Rutgers University. At Rutgers, they pursued a double major in English and Communication, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge in business, Olivia also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Rutgers Business School. Their focus of study during their MBA program was Strategy & Leadership.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Olivia has obtained the certification "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google. However, the specific month and year of the certification have not been provided.
