Shah Alam is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Network Support Engineer at BDCOM ONLINE LIMITED since June 2019, and as a Faculty Member at Creative IT Institute of Bangladesh since December 2018. In addition, Shah Alam holds the position of System Support Engineer at AT Computer Solution Limited since September 2018, and has been an Executive Officer (Distribution) at Nahee Group of Industries since May 2016. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Networking Technology obtained through the IDB-BISEW IT Scholarship from 2017 to 2018, along with a Master of Social Science in Sociology from National University of Bangladesh, completed in 2015.
