Heather Woolfitt, CPA, MBA, is an accomplished financial professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Accounting at BDA, LLC since June 2023. Previously, Heather held the position of Corporate Controller at Eliem Therapeutics, where management oversaw comprehensive controllership functions and financial reporting for a pre-revenue biotech start-up, as well as successfully supported IPO accounting requirements. Experience includes positions as International Accounting Manager at Zumiez, where Heather led global accounting initiatives and compliance for multiple international entities, and Accounting Manager at BERNINA of America, overseeing general accounting for several subsidiaries. Educational qualifications include an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
