Arettha van Zyl is a highly experienced service integration manager currently serving as the Senior Service Integration Manager at BCX for Sanlam Head Office since June 2014. Arettha has a proven track record in service management strategy, client retention, and continuous service improvement, having previously held positions as Service Integration Manager for both Shoprite and Quantum Foods. Prior experience includes serving as IS/IT Account Manager and IT Service Delivery Manager at Pioneer Foods, where Arettha focused on IT/IS strategy alignment, client communication, and service delivery. Arettha holds a Management Development Program degree in Business Management from the US Business School and completed secondary education at Paarl Gimnasium High School.
