Wes Dumalski is an experienced mortgage professional currently serving as the Manager of Mortgage Consulting and Learning at BCU since September 2019, where responsibilities also include roles as Mortgage Trainer and Mortgage Associate. Previously, Wes held the position of Lead Loan Partner at CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc. from September 2017 to May 2019, and served as Loan Partner 2 at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation from January 2014 to September 2017. Wes began the career as a Mortgage Professional at Diamond Residential Mortgage from December 2009 to January 2014 and at Flagstar Bank from August 2007 to November 2009, specializing in FHA and VA financing while providing credit restoration guidance. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Warren Township High School and further education at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
