Wendy Ona is an experienced banking professional with a diverse background in branch management and customer service. Currently serving as the Branch Manager at BCU since January 2022, Wendy has a solid leadership track record from a previous role as Service Manager at Wells Fargo, where tenure extended from February 2014 to January 2022, encompassing various positions including Personal Banker, Customer Sales and Service Representative, and Teller. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Assistant Manager at Robert Wayne Footwear from January 2012 to February 2014. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College.
