Prior to this role, Dr. Angel D. was the Chief Executive Officer of Allegient Defense from March 2010 to October 2024, leading a consulting firm that provided programmatic, IT, and S&T support to Federal Government clients. Additional experience includes roles as Engineering Team Lead for the Department of Homeland Security, Subject Matter Expert for the FBI, and Program Manager for the United States Park Police, focusing on technical direction and project management for various federal deployments.
