Tudor Boengiu, PhD, DOFIN has a strong background in risk management and finance, with experience in various roles in the banking and financial sector. With a PhD in Finance from ASE and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from DOFIN, Tudor has held key positions such as Director of Risk Management Division at BCR Banca Pentru Locuinte and Head of Corporate Credit Elevated Risks Department at BCR. Prior to their work in the banking sector, Tudor also gained experience as a Risk Management Officer at the National Bank of Romania and as an economist at the Ministry of Public Finance and Munplast SA.
